All purchases of water sports packages made through wavequestlangkawi.com are cancellable, with the exception of purchases of packages sold at promotional or discounted prices, or those explicitly stated as non-cancellable/non-refundable.  

Request for cancellation of any water sports package purchased must be submitted to wavequestwatersport@gmail.com  no later than 14 days before the date of water sports activity. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price.

Change of date & no-show
All requests for change of date of water sports package are subject to availability and will be reviewed on case-by-case basis. We provide no guarantee such a request will be accepted or approved. In the event you or other participants of water sports activity are absent from the designated address at the designated time where and when the water sports activities will be performed, you and/or other participants who are absent are deemed to have cancelled the water sports package purchased and voluntarily forgone your rights to claim for refund from us.  

Adverse Weather & Force Majeure
Notwithstanding the non-cancellable clauses stated above, we reserve the rights to cancel any water sports package sold in the event of adverse weather and/or any other force majeure event that may post safety risks to you and/or our crew members. In the event the cancellation is initiated by us, we shall provide a full refund to you.
